Why network?

Through personal connections between members, an exchange project developed in 2006 between the artists' collaboratives Verein für aktuelle Kunst im Kreis Minden-Lübbecke e.V. and East London Printmakers. The contact between artists is not only refreshing and inspiring, it also shows that artists at different places in the world, be it Bad Oeynhausen or London - are often facing similar challenges. We thoroughly enjoy the resulting enthusiasm and preparedness for networking that we experience and that keeps the circle growing.

We hope we can develop this kind of exchange on a broader scale to develop our perspectives and possibilities.

Who are the initiators?

The inital spark for Art Enterprise was a collaborative exhibition suggested by Katja Rosenberg (representing East London Printmakers) and Annelene Schulte (representing Verein für aktuelle Kunst im Kreis Minden-Lübbecke e.V.). This website for the open ended project has been created by Gesine Frank (Verein für aktuelle Kunst im Kreis Minden-Lübbecke e.V.).
